We are seeking an attorney to join our civil litigation / personal injury team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, capable of working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment and is eager to take ownership of cases from intake through resolution. Interested candidates should have strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate a strong commitment to professional and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage an assigned caseload from inception to case conclusion.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and conduct depositions.
• Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants.
• Provide excellent client communication and maintain regular case updates.

Applicants should have 3-5+ years of litigation experience in personal injury and/or employment law and be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
